Opening with a guided visualization/meditation which will connect you to your essence, Carol Lynn will guide you in laying down watercolor washes which will reveal messages from your true essence. Utilizing a firing process to release blockages and forge your new relationship with your Inner True Self.

During this workshop you will journal, paint and meditate through a series of layers leaving you a deeper sense of who you really are. This is a very gentle, safe and loving way to connect to your inner being.
